Why do we charge a service call?

Transportation is a major reason for a service charge. Initial vehicle cost, fuel, maintenance, travel time & the expense of Yellow Page & web site advertisement so you can find us when needed.

A "Service Call" is to diagnose appliance & give a repair estimate only with no repair. We waive the service call fee if you decide to repair your appliance. Normal labor charge, parts & sales tax will be charged after appliance has been repaired.

Our minimum charge with a minor repair...

Our minimum labor charge is based on minor repairs,  10 minutes or less to perform repair, loose wiring connections, improper switch selection, etc. $54.00.
